UNITÁN has developed a line of plant extracts used as palatability enhancers and astringents for ruminants, swine, and poultry. These entirely natural tannins are produced from Quebracho Colorado using physical processes only, with no chemical compounds.
It is a completely natural polyphenol obtained from the aqueous extraction and spray drying of Quebracho Colorado chips. Its composition mainly includes catechin and fisetinidol derivatives, which gives it excellent functional properties for the formulation of feed for ruminants, poultry, piglets, and pigs.
