Our UNIPRO line for the sugar industry was developed to meet the need to improve the clarification of sugarcane juice.

UNIPRO PLUS and UNIPRO AZ

UNIPRO PLUS and UNIPRO AZ offer a very wide range of advantages in the clarification and evaporation process with a significant increase in process productivity, reduction of chemical products, and improvement in production costs. This improves sugar quality and increases sugar recovery.

UNIPRO BIO and UNIPRO BIO PLUS

UNIPRO BIO and UNIPRO BIO PLUS add other biocidal properties to the benefits of the UNIPRO line. These enhance the action against yeasts, lactic acid bacteria, polysaccharide-producing bacteria, and enterobacteria, reducing the load of microorganisms that alter the final quality of the sugar.

UNIPRO AZ can be defined as an adjuvant for the sugarcane juice clarification process that allows, among other things, the reduction in the consumption of commonly used chemical products. Among these, it is possible to drastically reduce the use of sulfur, resulting in multiple advantages such as:

Reduction of environmental pollutants.
Reduction of scaling in preheaters and evaporators.
Increase in evaporation capacity.
Reduction of sulfur content in the produced sugar and in the alcohol.
For glazes, it is used between 0.1 and 0.25 kg per ton of liquid.

Being a totally natural and ecological product, manufactured from natural extracts, it does not add characteristics to process residues that require special treatments for their disposal and is completely eliminated along with the filter cake.

It considerably reduces the costs of raw materials that are normally used and, significantly, the costs of cleaning operations for evaporator bodies (time and frequency).

It only requires a dosing pump, as it is a liquid product ready to use. No special installations are necessary for its application, and the doses used, being low, are ideal for the large volumes of juice processed in this type of industry.
